Kelly and Greg are AMAZING! We were referred to them and we cannot be happier for that referral. This is our first home purchase and everything was new. There are so many things to stress about in the home buying process that it's easy to spin out. Kelly and Greg made sure that didn't happen and kept the home search fun and productive. My husband and I just closed on our new home yesterday, and we couldn't have done it without the help and support from Greg & Kelly Anderson. This brother and sister team came highly recommended to us by friends who have trusted them in the past. We immediately felt comfortable with Greg & Kelly. They made sure they understood exactly what we were looking for and offered valuable insight into the current housing market. They provided additional search tools that let us see properties before they were released to market. And most importantly, they made sure we were FIRST to see the homes that we were most interested in. Having a 2-person team working for us meant we never had to wait to tour homes. If Kelly wasn't available, Greg was, and vice versa. You won't find a better team than Greg & Kelly. We hope to be in our new home for a long time, but if we need to buy or sell again, Greg & Kelly will be our first and only call. Kelly was a miracle worker for selling our property. Not only did she get us well over our asking price, she worked hard to get the house to appraise for that price as well (which is not something a lot of agents do!). She told us exactly what we needed to do for fix-ups in order to get top dollar for our house and even provided us help with staging for maximum impact. 100% will work with her again for buying or selling in the future and HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
