When my wife and I finally decided to actively search for a lake residence within Lake County, Illinois I contacted a life-long friend who had been a realtor for a recommendation. We started working with Greg a few years ago, when we wanted to put our condo on the market, but due to the decrease in real estate prices it was not possible. We met with him several times over the next few years and the news did not improve. In March, we decided to see if we could rent our place. Due to Greg's persistence and prompt responses to inquiries - we rented out place within a week! We had to be out of our place within 5 weeks and we had no where to go. We spent several weekends looking and found the perfect place, but we only had three weeks to get everything in order. Greg helped us negotiate a great price, recommended a lender that offered competitive rates, and a real estate attorney which could help us negotiate a quick close. Greg and his "dream team" were incredible to work with, everyone was friendly, responsive, and really pulled together to make this happen within two weeks. We are so grateful to Greg for sticking with us over these past few years - he was a pleasure to work with and is someone we highly recommend.

Greg is truly one-of-a-kind! Being a 24 year old buying my first home, realtors were very reluctant and not taking me seriously at all.
