I started evaluating and interviewing realtors back in November 2020 to find a realtor that matched our needs for putting our home on the market to sell. I went through several realtor interviews, and the one individual that stood out from the rest was Greg Anderson, and his team. One of the things that impressed me most was Greg's understanding of our situation. We were selling our home in Illinois, and relocating to Charlotte, NC. I started my conversation with Greg back in November, and explained our situation regarding my concerns about the timing of putting our home on the market, and also traveling to N.C. to search for our new home. Greg was completely understanding of our situation. AT no point in time did Greg ever try to use pressure tactics to try and push us to list our home earlier then we planned. Greg and his team uses a 'service' vs. sales approach. Greg did an outstanding job with explaining to us the entire process for preparing our home to list. The next thing that impressed me was his patience, and as Greg put it, we work on your time line, not OURS. Throughout our partnership with my husband, myself, and Greg's team he was always readily available via text, call, email and always put our needs/concerns first. When we started searching for properties in N.C. Greg went a step further for us, and reached out to a re-location company to help us pair up with a realtor in that location. I'm glad to say that we sold our home in a matter of days, and also purchased our next home. I would highly recommend Greg and his team for anyone that is looking for a realtor that listens, understands your needs, and has the patience of a saint !. He truly is an individual that gives 110% to his clients. Thank you again Greg for partnering with us in our home selling experience. It was a complete pleasure to work with you.
