Greg has amazing attention to detail and spotted or noted things that I would not have noticed whether inspecting houses or reviewing their listings. His help during negotiation was a perfect balance of experienced advice and knowledge. He offered information when he thought I could use it or I asked but was never overbearing or disinterested. He always explained every step including the contracts and closing in a thorough but easy to understand way. He also recommended a great attorney and home inspector.   I previously had used Greg to rent out my townhouse in the same city and had a very positive experience.
