From start to finish, the process of buying my house was extremely stressful. We had a multiple bid situation, and Kelly did everything she could to make my bid the most appealing to the seller, including giving advice about loan options and letter to the seller. Because of Kelly's knowledge and guidance, my bid was actually accepted - until a cash offer came in that the seller wanted to accept after we had signed the contract. Kelly fought so hard and convinced them to stay with me. Then COVID-19 hit, my lender slowed to a crawl, missing multiple contract and closing dates, and the cash buyer continued to stay in contact with the selling agent putting the pressure on to get the deal closed. Kelly was in touch constantly with me, my lawyer, the selling agent, and the very difficult lender. I am absolutely convinced that if Kelly hadn't been with me every step of the way, I would not now own the house of my dreams and I will be forever grateful.
