We tried and tried to sell our house by owner, but couldn't. So we signed Greg as our agent and he did more than try. He worked very hard and got it done! He was also our daughter's buying agent. Greg was our agent when we bought our house 3 1/2 years ago. He suggested a house inspector, mortgage broker, movers, and where to buy boxes at a discount in addition to be a patient, knowledgeable agent. He was quick to respond to our emails and phone calls. We were very impressed with his general knowledge of the housing market in Northbrook and of his specific knowledge of the types of houses that would best suit us.
